I got these in size 9 even though I’m around 8.5, they’re incredibly adjustable in three spots, so I made them fit my foot. I haven’t walked too much in them yet but they’re *so* comfy, no part is rubbing wrong or anything because of the added cushion. I think these are a go-to sandal that you can dress up or down. The pink/mauve color is true to the picture.

I absolutely adore these sandals! In regards to style: I love the color and overall fit. It’s very comfy with adjustable straps. For someone who fits medium fits comfortably, I have no complaints with this sandal. There are also “cushions” on the sandals that add to the comfortability. Let’s not to forget mention they’re produced with recycled materials. Way to go Teva! Obviously, I’m a satisfied customer and I think you will be, too, if you decide to purchase the Hurricane Verge!

I originally ordered these in an 8, which is my normal size. They were HUGE. I returned them for a 7, and those fit perfectly. My foot is on the wider side, and these seem to accommodate them well. I bought these hoping that I can break them in and wear them for a trip to Disney in July. It’s super hot at that time of year and I know my feet will be hot in sneakers all day. The straps are all fully adjustable, which should help with heat induced swelling. Also, all of the “rub points” are backed with neoprene for comfort. I have high hopes for these sandals. The only drawback is that the grey color is cute, but the grey sole makes them look, shall we say, orthopedic. I would prefer the grey with a black sole, but, the color doesn’t matter as long as they are comfortable!

i would have never imagined loving these sandals, but i do. they’re the perfect desaturated pink. i love how adjustable they are. i love how these sandals crossed over into “ugly stylish” somehow. in a previous life, i would have never considered these things, but when you give up city living for island living…these are the air force one of ugly, waterproof sandals.

I have really hard to fit feet. They are average width at the ball of my foot with long toes, a low volume instep and narrow heels which means that if the shoe isn’t too short it’s falling off my heels. I’ve never had luck with other brands of hiking type sandals because the foot bed is always too wide and the straps don’t adjust tight enough to hold my foot securely in place. I usually wear a 9 in classic Tevas and this style was the same. The foot bed is the perfect width for the front of my foot and I am able to adjust the heel strap and the straps that go over my arch tight enough to hold my foot in place. I may still need to put some moleskin on my heels to prevent blisters but other than that I think these are going to work for me. It’s just starting to be warm enough for sandals where I live so I will report back when it’s 95F and 90% humidity if anything changes.

I’m in love with these Tevas! Love the color and the straps! The best part for me is the little cushions that are on the insides of the straps, so the straps don’t rub on the bony parts of my feet. Super happy with this purchase!

I love these! They are extremely comfortable and have that cushy feel when you walk. The color is beautiful and works as a neutral to go with a lot. I feel like I could have maybe done a half a size up but I’m sticking with the size I purchased. Every part of the shoe is adjustable to fit your feet perfectly!

I have high arches and a high instep so finding shoes sucks. I’m also on my feet all day for work so I have of plantar fasciitis. I’ve been searching high and low for cute shoes that don’t hurt. I’ve tried SO MANY brands with no good results. I went ahead and bought these because of the great reviews and the fact that Zappos has such a great return policy. I just assumed they would be another pair that wouldn’t work. To my utter shock I LOVE THEM! I wonder if it’s the extra padding on the side and ankle that makes them so comfy. I don’t usually find Tevas this comfortable. And the fact that they’re vegan, made from recycled materials, and trendy makes them extra special.
Now I do have older relatives wondering why I’m wearing “old lady shoes”. But I also have lots women between their 20’s-30’s compliment them and ask where I got them. I especially love wearing them with dresses because they add a playful component to the formality of a dress. I bought them in Aragon and if they hadn’t already sold out, I would have bought a 2nd pair. I also love the monochromatic look of the Aragon and the soft pink/ brown color. I hope they make more in other monochromatic colors! Really well done Teva!

Very comfortable shoe. I wanted a lighter option than full coverage shoes for walking and hiking. They do run large. I am usually a size 8.5, so I ordered a 9 as recommended, but they were very big–the back kept sliding off. I had to return for an 8. I may even have done well with a 7.5, since you can adjust the width so much in these shoes. I’m excited to see how they wear. I wish the evergreen color was available in women’s sizes!

SO, these shoes are sooooo amazingly comfortable! I’m a size 7.5. All of my pairs of original tevas are size 8, but with these, I followed the advice of reviews to size down and got a 7. They basically fit just perfect, as you can see. I typically like my toes to have more room in front of it but these are so comfortable that I don’t even care to consider the 8. I think sizing up or down depends on whether you want the extra space at the front or not. The 7s fit like an exact 7.5 I would say. Depends on whether you want that closeness or more room! I selected “feels too small” for a 7 but I love the fit as a 7.5 personally. If you have a hunch about the 8 instead because you don’t want a precise fit, I also say trust your gut.

I already left a review but felt this picture would help me immensely when choosing sizing. The teva original on the left are size 8. The teva verge on the right is size 7. They look exactly the same length BUT the verge has a sliiiighter shorter footbed area because of the edges that protrude up around the sole. I hope it helps y’all.

I’ve had my Verra’s (size 8) since 2014! 8 years and in good condition, I’ve taken them everywhere. From long hikes, short hikes, ocean/sand, rocky roads and rainy trails. I wanted to upgrade and I decided to order these. They feel “clunky” and “chunky”. My heel slips forward and they seem too wide for my feet. The cross-strap that isn’t the buckle is also loose. And that was just trying them on upon arrival and walking a few steps indoors. Very disappointed with the quality, they just don’t feel as snug and as high quality as the Verra’s. There seems to be no arch either and it feels uncomfortable on my slight arch. Because I still love Teva, I decided to order the Hurricane XLT2 and Tirra and hopefully one of those is a better fit! They don’t look bad, but they just don’t fit right.

Love how these sandals feel and look. I’m usually a size 7.5 in women’s but I purchased a 7 and it fits nicely. The straps are adjustable so they always feel comfortable. Highly recommend these for walks or cute casual outfits.

I bought this sandals for my Vegas trip. I walked the whole strip with them. I also wore them to the Grand Canyon. This sandals are great for rough terrain. I have wide feet my feet were comfortable for the most part. I had to adjust them to the width of my foot.The sandals are not particularly girly or dainty.

i’m a college student and my uni has a campus that’s really spread out. i wanted to buy a good sandal for the warmer months that was both comfortable and cute- these are it! super comfortable for the long days of walking back and forth and streetwear-ish enough for me to wear out an about. 10/10

This is my second pair with the soles splitting out. I don’t even hike in them and I alternate with other shoes. I’m very disappointed in the quality lately. I got a pair in 2001 right before my son, Piper was born and they lasted 18 years and we’re retired for wear and tear of the straps. The last 2 pairs I’ve tried and split wide open. Teva was very nice about giving me a credit for the last ones and I hope they will do the same for these. What I would really like is for the product to return to the quality it once was. I even named a much loved puppy Teva I loved them so much. Let’s get this problem solved Teva!

What I LOVE: The style!!! I love a chunky shoe and had to have these when I saw them. I purchased the Aragon color and I love it even more in person. It’s a pop of color while still remaining neural. Comfort!!! they are supportive and comfortable to stand in for long periods of time and are super adjustable to get that perfect fit. Easy!! I love how quick it is to use the buckle on top to take them on and off. You don’t have to worry about putting them on too tight or too lose, just adjust initally and use the buckle after that.
What I didn’t love: The only reason I’m not giving these 5 stars is that they are heavier than I expected and I’m not sure if my foot is just unually sensitive on top or not, but because they are heavy and chunky, I felt a lot of weight on top of my foot and it was sore after wearing them all day. So, I would say great for standing long periods, but not so much for walking long periods.

I loved these. The look. The padding on the straps. The foot bed. Just don’t fit properly. Perhaps it my feet ?? Had similar issue with hurricanes x back strap didn’t stay up or at least feel like it was going to stay on. Sets too low on heel. So, so sad.
