Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, which are non-refundable if you return your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging
  • All tags and protective soles must remain attached
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Hygiene Notice:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers unless they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
  5. Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect your items within 3 business days.
  6. Completion: For exchanges, your new items will be shipped immediately. For returns, your refund will be processed as outlined below.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping costs for your replacement items.

International Returns

For our international clientele:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
