Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers unless they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging
- All tags and protective soles must remain attached
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
